Like last season, the
National Alopecia Areata Foundation is teaming up with Major League Baseball in September for
Alopecia Awareness Month. Right now there are 14 teams participating in some type of awareness event. Last year we had the opportunity to go to Cleveland and team up with the Indians as the
Honorary Bat Kid. This season we are teaming up with the
Washington Nationals. The
Nationals will be donating $ from each ticket sold for the September 2nd game using the code
NAAF. We will also be having a table with information on Alopecia as well as the popular
NAAF baseball bands. We are hoping to be able to get some autographs from some great National players as well.
