Saturday night we got to check out our 2nd football game. We went to see the
Reading Express take on the
Chicago Slaughter of the
Indoor Football League. When we first arrived, we were greeted by our new friend Zach who gave Gavin and I each a team signed game ball and a couple of t shirts. It was Readings last home game of the season and so it was fan appreciation night. They were giving away yearbooks, team photos, and some 5 gallon buckets to bang on during the game. At the end of the game, the fans were allowed down on the field to get autographs and see the players. One of the linemen,
Bryan Wick, gave Gavin one of his gloves he wore and signed it for him. Reading lost a close game but it was a great night for football!
